How do I book for a group?
If you wish to book for more than 9 people, please fill out the group request form below. Please make sure you enter the destination airports, departure and return dates and the number of passengers.
Germanwings will get back to you by e-mail with an individual quote within 3 working days. You will then need to confirm the offer by e-mail and Germanwings will make a firm booking for your group.
Payment can be made by all major credit cards.
The names of all group members must be provided to Germanwings four working days before departure at the latest. We levy a fee if you specify or change names later than 4 working days before departure. For groups of 12 people or more you can cancel up to 2 names up to one month before departure and you will be reimbursed the complete flight fare.
