How can I change a FlexPlus booking?
You can change your FlexPlus booking within its period of validity (one year from the booking date) as often as you want, and free of charge as well. You can change your flight up to 30 minutes before departure online, via our call centre or in person at the Germanwings airport sales information desk.
To change your booking on the web, go to www.germanwings.com and log in to the “My Germanwings” section with your username and password. You will then be shown an overview of the flights your have booked. Select the flight you wish to change. You can then select an alternative flight date and change your flight to the new date at no extra charge.

The Germanwings airport sales desk is open at the airport during flight operations.
Name changes can be made via the Germanwings call centre up to 2 hours before departure upon payment of a fee by quoting the flight’s booking code. If the current flight fare is higher than the fare paid at the time of the original booking, you must pay the difference in fare.
Changes to the flight route are unfortunately not possible.
